{"id":94,"date":"2025-03-18T13:25:25","date_gmt":"2025-03-18T12:25:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stemvanafrika.nl\/?post_type=project&#038;p=94"},"modified":"2025-03-19T09:42:05","modified_gmt":"2025-03-19T08:42:05","slug":"pilot-action-learning-programme-for-community-radios-in-uganda-and-kenya","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/stemvanafrika.nl\/en\/project\/pilot-action-learning-programme-for-community-radios-in-uganda-and-kenya\/","title":{"rendered":"Pilot Action Learning Programme for Community Radios in Uganda and Kenya"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Know your Audience &#8211; Improve your Radio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About the Project<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The project aims to develop and execute an online (web-based) audience research, analysis and data application course for broadcast stations \/ community media in a participatory manner, supported by expert personalised station planning and mentoring services, both online and face to face, to embed and sustain research practice, indeed a learning (external and internal) and usage culture at the stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This programme of action will enable the stations to better understand their audiences, including the extent to which audiences are satisfied with the programmes they listen to.
